เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้า / Exchange / Return Policy
- ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ในทุกกรณีที่มีการเซ็นต์กำกับแบบผลิตหรือเซ็นต์อนุมัติสั่งซื้อเรียบร้อย
- ไม้เป็นวัสดุธรรมชาติ จึงมีเสี้ยน ตาไม้ลวดลายไม่เท่ากันเป็นเรื่องธรรมชาติ เพราะฉะนั้นไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้า อันเนื่องมาจากสี ลวดลาย หรือตาไม้ไม่เท่ากัน
- หินมีเส้นแร่ และ ลวดลายตามธรรมชาติไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนได้ทุกกรณี
- รับเปลี่ยนสินค้า เฉพาะกรณีที่สินค้าเสียหายจากการผลิตเท่านั้น เช่น หักหรือแตก
- All products cannot be returned in every case once the design and Purchasing Contract form have been approved and signed.
- All kind of woods are natural, they might have different shade, color , texture and wood eyes. These following reasons cannot be returned.
- Marbles have colors and shade, Some marbles might have natural lines which cannot in returned every case.
- We do accept return only one reason is damaged of production process such as broke or cracked which effects to construction and strength.
